2nd March, 13:30 – 15:30

This update training session is designed for all Norfolk Headteachers and senior managers who have previously attended the half-day Critical Incident Training. It is free to all Local Authority Schools and those academies and independent schools, which subscribe to the Critical Incident Service. (All other settings are charged £50)

We will look at various real case scenarios, and consider possible actions that need to be taken by the leadership team of the school/academy. We will look at good practice, and think about short term and long term issues. We will discuss different aspects of school leadership during Critical Incidents. We will explore the support available from the Local Authority.
