Lunchtime Seminar Invitation

Implementing and sustaining high-impact
literacy and numeracy interventions

Dear Colleague,

Catch Up® Literacy and Catch Up® Numeracy are proven interventions that are now used in over 800 schools in the East of England, and we have trained over 4000 teaching assistants and teachers in this region to deliver them.  Both interventions are in the list of six evidence-based interventions to support TAs in their one-to-one instruction, in the Education Endowment Foundation ‘Making Best Use of Teaching Assistants Guidance Report’.

We are delighted to invite you to a lunchtime seminar, celebrating how Catch Up® is making a difference to struggling learners in the East of England.

This event gives you the chance to hear from local school leaders about how they are using Catch Up® to narrow the gap for their struggling learners, plus updates on the latest additions to our training and support package to help schools embed the interventions.

Thursday 25th January 2018, 12pm-2pm

Keystone Innovation Centre, Croxton Road,

Thetford IP24 1JD

Free to attend – lunch and refreshments included

Join other local school leaders to:

  • Share best practice in implementing, embedding and sustaining the interventions
  • See how schools have demonstrated the impact of the interventions
  • Learn how other schools have responded to any challenges using the interventions
  • Understand how to use the full Catch Up® training and support package to get the best from the interventions

This event is suitable for senior leaders, and up to three people from your school may attend.  Attendance is free (and lunch will be provided) but space is limited, so please register now to secure your place(s).

We hope you can join us to celebrate and share in the work we are doing to help struggling learners in the East of England.  Please visit our website if you want to find out more about the interventions.
