Autism Specialist Support Team Leader Julie has over 20 years’ experience of working with autistic children and young people or those with social communication difficulties across a range of settings. Julie has received extensive training including TEACCH, PECS, Social Stories and Lego based therapy. Julie also supports colleagues within the Neurodevelopment pathway and Family Action to deliver Puffins training to parents of children with an autism diagnosis. Julie is one of the Lead Trainer for the Autism Education Trust in Norfolk, offering DfE supported modules to Schools and other Education settings. |

Jeni Mein | Autism Practitioner Jeni has 19 years of working with autism within mainstream, specialist and a specialist resource base provision. She is trained in TEACCH, PEC’s, Social Story writing and Lego-based therapy. Jeni is also a Trainer for the Autism Education Trust in Norfolk, offering DfE supported modules to Schools and other Education settings. Jeni also supports colleagues within the Neurodevelopment pathway and Family Action to deliver Puffins training to parents of children with an autism diagnosis. |

Tayla Estgate-Menear | Autism Practitioner Tayla has had experience working with a range of children aged 4-18 years with autism traits and/or an autism diagnosis within specialist settings. Tayla also has experience providing short term respite care to children with disabilities within Norfolk. Tayla now specialises in supporting children with autism or social communication difficulties in mainstream settings.Tayla is a Trainer for the Autism Education Trust in Norfolk, offering DfE supported modules to Schools and other Education settings.Tayla also supports colleagues within the Neurodevelopment pathway and Family Action to deliver Puffins training to parents of children with an autism diagnosis. |

Nicola Fink | Autism Practitioner Nicky brings with her many years of experience in many different roles, working with children/young people with many different SEND, as well as having personal experience as a parent of children with SEND/autism/ADHD. Nicky enjoys supporting young people by bringing everyone together (the team around the child) to find ways that work best for them Nicky is a Trainer for the Autism Education Trust in Norfolk, offering DfE supported modules to Schools and other Education settings. Nicky has now completed training in TEACHH, PECS, Social Stories and Lego Based Therapy. Jennifer Wilson | Autism Practitioner Jennifer has recently joined our EPSS Autism team, bringing with her experience of working within a mainstream primary setting as an HLTA, teaching and leading computing. Supporting children and young people’s learning and wellbeing across the curriculum.She has experience of supporting pupils in small groups, 1:1 and as whole classes, giving her experience, knowledge, and skills to support the children and young people as well as the setting staff.With an interest in computing (coding within primary) she can offer ideas and support for children and young people who can use this as a tool to develop learning and friendships. |
